Token queue with QR

Built for how an Indian clinic actually runs

Not a hospital system with the wards hidden, and not a Western product with rupees bolted on.

  • Devanagari that actually prints. Marathi and Hindi on the prescription itself, not only on screen.
  • GST the way your CA expects it. CGST/SGST against IGST from the state code, on one invoice covering consultation and medicine.
  • Nothing is ever hard-deleted. Clinical and financial records are retained and every change is recorded with who, when and what it was before.
  • Backdating is a policy, not a loophole. How far back each role may enter a record is a setting per clinic, and the server enforces it.

Questions

Things clinics ask first

Do we need to buy a server or install anything?

No. CareOaj runs in a browser. Any reasonably modern computer at the clinic will do, and there is nothing to install or maintain on it.

Can the prescription really print in Marathi and Hindi?

Yes — the printed prescription, not only the screen. Dosage lines and diet advice are printed in the language you choose, using a Devanagari-capable PDF engine.

What happens to our data if we stop paying?

The clinic moves to read-only after a grace period. You can still open and print everything; you cannot add new records. Data is not deleted.

Can more than one doctor use it at once?

Yes, on the Premium plan, each with their own queue. Starter is a single login for a solo practice.

Does it handle GST correctly for medicine and consultation together?

One invoice covers both, and CGST+SGST against IGST is decided from the state code rather than typed by whoever is at the counter.

Can we move our existing patient list in?
